Fracol is a real estate company offering services in warehousing and storage facilities.
Our warehousing services include the following;
- Loading Docks: Dedicated spaces are provided for trucks to load or offload goods. They are equipped with various tools such as dock levelers and bridging platforms, that facilitates the smooth transfer of goods between the truck and the dock.
- Racking Systems: These systems are installed for vertical storage and optimizing inventory holding.
- Lighting and Climate Control: Proper lighting facilities (flood lights) are provided for proper illumination of our ware houses to help workers see and work safely while also climatic controls are put in place to help maintain the right temperature and humidity levels to protect the goods stored inside from damage.
- Security: Where we provide modern security systems such as CCTV, Video Surveillance, alarms, Advanced security features such as access control systems are strategically installed to ensure safety of the goods or warehouse inventory. We have also installed modern equipment’s to ease inventory movement. This includes optimization of the layout design for efficiency and communication with the latest tools and technologies.

We currently run warehousing and storage facility in Lagos. We also offer a range of other services such as transportation, transloading, risk aversion, and warehouse contracting.
