Maryjane Unanka, Esq.
Maryjane Unanka is a committed legal practitioner with practical experience in litigation, corporate, and commercial law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
An Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC), she also advocates for the use of alternative dispute resolution in enhancing access to justice. Maryjane is passionate about using the law as a tool for social impact, development, and positive change.

Chief Collins EN Uchidiuno
Chief Uchidiuno: CEO/Managing Director of Fracol Group of Companies
Chief Uchidiuno is a distinguished businessman and the CEO/Managing Director of the Fracol Group of Companies, a prominent conglomerate with diverse interests in real estate, transportation, and commerce. With a solid educational foundation, he graduated with a degree in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Nassarawa, and furthered his studies at the prestigious St. John’s University in Queens, Jamaica, New York, USA.
Upon his return to Nigeria, Chief Uchidiuno began his career at the Federal Mortgage Bank located at 11 Breadfruit CMS in Lagos, where he acquired essential skills in finance and mortgage management. After gaining valuable insights and experience, he took a bold step into entrepreneurship by founding Fracol Property and Investment Ltd in 1995. Over the last three decades, the company has flourished, engaging in land acquisition, property buying and selling, rental property management, warehousing, storage solutions, and long-term investment partnerships.
Enhancing his knowledge further, Chief Uchidiuno pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the National Open University of Nigeria, followed by a Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the same institution. This unique combination of business acumen and legal expertise has positioned him as a versatile leader in various business environments.
Renowned for his focus, resourcefulness, and adeptness at addressing complex issues, Chief Uchidiuno has made his mark both locally and internationally. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence led to his appointment as a member of the Presidential Committee on Police Equipment Fund by the Federal Government of Nigeria, as well as serving as a major contractor for the Nigeria Police Force and the Ministry of Works & Housing.
As the leader of Fracol Group, Chief Uchidiuno oversees several successful corporate entities, including Fracol Property and Investment Co, Pat Emeco International Ltd, Fracol Investment Ltd, and De-Cherub Mall Ltd. His leadership has been instrumental in steering these companies toward sustained growth and excellence.
A devoted family man, Chief Uchidiuno is happily married and proud to be the father of three children. He also holds the esteemed title of Ede II of Ibusa in Delta State, his hometown, reflecting his commitment to his community and heritage.

Dr. Chidiebere Abai
Dr Abai is a senior executive with over 20 years of multi-industry experience cutting across financial controls, management solutions, information technology, project management, capital market and more than 5 years of legal studies.
He is a graduate of Zoology from the University of Ife and holds a PGD and Masters Degree from University of Calabar and studied Law in the Open University. He also has a D.th from Emmanuel College of Theology, Ibadan and a Doctorate of Divinity (Honorary) from Northern Carolina University, USA.
He has held key managerial positions in various organizations and has the uncommon ability to close deals and develop valuable client relationships with utmost passion and commitment. From cradle, he worked in Union Bank of Nigeria as an undergraduate, as a young graduate in Bode Ogunleye and Co (Chartered Accountants), Gbinigie and Co (Chartered Accountants), American World Wide Courier, Corporate Press Ltd, Tenosys Global Konnect Ltd, Riel Konneet Ltd, Fegasoms Travel and Tours, General Manager of Blue Premium Nigeria Ltd and till date work in Fracol Group of Companies — a real estate company.
Dr Abai's wealth of experience is in no doubt or encumbered in any way.

Kehinde Olusola, Esq.
Kehinde is a dedicated and results-driven legal practitioner with extensive experience in property law, litigation, corporate, and commercial law. He currently serves as the Legal Counsel at Fracol Properties and Investment Ltd., where he provides strategic legal guidance and ensures compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations across the company’s real estate operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, and after completing his professional training at the Nigerian Law School, Kehinde was called to the Nigerian Bar to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.With a solid foundation in litigation and transactional legal practice, Kehinde has demonstrated a consistent ability to address complex legal challenges with professionalism and efficiency. He is known for his proactive approach, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, which have contributed significantly to the legal and operational success of his clients and organization.In addition to his expertise in property law, Kehinde has a strong interest in commercial law practice and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Young Lawyers Forum, Lagos Branch. His ADR expertise has been instrumental in resolving numerous client disputes effectively and amicably. Kehinde is passionate about continuous professional development and is always eager to expand his knowledge and skills in the ever-evolving legal landscape.

Ogunleye Samuel
Ogunleye Samuel is a Financial Accountant with over five years of extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, and financial management.
He excels in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. With a strong analytical acumen, Samuel adeptly interprets complex financial data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
He is proficient in establishing and implementing robust internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

Adeshola Olamilekan Oba
Adeshola Olamilekan Oba is a dedicated and results-driven Facilities Manager with a strong background in real estate and property management. With hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations at Markos Properties and Consultancy, he has successfully overseen maintenance routines, supervised renovations, and ensured compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. His ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders—including contractors, vendors, and internal teams—has led to significant operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
With a B.Agric in Animal Production from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a proven track record in administrative coordination and strategic planning, Adeshola combines technical proficiency with practical insight to deliver efficient and sustainable facilities solutions. He is skilled in budgeting, capital project oversight, and implementing energy-efficient practices, making him a valuable asset in any real estate or property management setting.

Sandra Odogwu
Sandra is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in Management, Supply chain & Logistics, Procurement and Agriculture across various Nigerian industries.
Her expertise span Project Development & Management, Procurement and efficient Project Delivery.
She has built a career deeply rooted in hands-on experience, working throughout her academic years and rising to leadership positions in Agriculture, Construction, Haulage & Logistics and Business Management. Her approach is highly pragmatic and she excels at developing innovative, localised solutions to complex challenges.
With a track record of driving operational excellence and optimising resources, she is committed to delivering results that foster business growth and sustainability.

Onigbinde Abiola
Onigbinde Abiola is the Property Manager at Fracol Property & Investment Ltd, bringing over 4 years of experience in Property Management. She oversees leasing, tenant relations and occupancy levels ensuring top-notch experiences for tenants and prospects as well as ensuring properties are well maintained across various states in Nigeria. Her role demands strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing a wide range of operational tasks.
Previously, she honed her skills as a Sales Marketing Executive with Old Mutual Nigeria and as a Public Relations Officer at the Nigerian Naval Ship, Pathfinder. Her PR work involved event planning, anchoring, and media coverage using both still and video cameras—earning her recognition as the Most Productive PR Corp Member. She also excelled as a Radio News Editor at Royal F.M., producing engaging content that resonated with diverse audiences.
A graduate of the University of Ilorin with a degree in Mass Communications, she has further strengthened her expertise with certifications in Marketing and PR, Project Management, Human Resource Management – Public Sector, Business Management, and Report Writing from the UK Institute of Chartered and Certified Professionals.
Additionally, she serves as the contact person and technical writer for the Bluelily Humanitarian Empowerment Initiative, reflecting her commitment to community service and continuous professional development.
